Family Medicine Opportunity in California

Make a meaningful difference in an underserved community as a full-time Family Physician with a mission-driven federally qualified health center. This outpatient-only position offers true continuity of care across generations, with integrated access to dental, mental health, and social services, all under one roof. Practice Overview

  • You'll join a dedicated care team that includes behavioral health, dental, and social work services
  • Focus on comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Work in a patient-centered setting that supports long-term continuity and preventative health
  • Administrative and clinical support provided so you can focus on care delivery

Schedule

  • Full-time, outpatient schedule with no inpatient responsibilities
  • Multidisciplinary model fosters collaboration across services
  • EMR-supported workflows streamline documentation and patient coordination
  • Leadership is available for case consultation and support
