We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to partner with a fast-scaling global data and intelligence company. With strong product-market fit and profitability, this organization is expanding rapidly and investing in marketing to amplify its impact and scale.

In this role, you'll own go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring that solutions resonate with target audiences and drive adoption. If you're a creative, data-driven marketer with experience in SaaS or tech, and you thrive at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success, this opportunity is designed for you.

Accountability

As a Product Marketing Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to craft compelling product narratives, execute high-impact launches, and enable sales teams with the tools and insights they need. You'll bridge product and market, turning customer insights and data into messaging that drives adoption, engagement, and retention.

Here's how you'll make an impact :

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Align cross-functional teams on launch plans, materials, and campaigns.
  • Manage creation of launch content, including landing pages, blog posts, and email campaigns.

Market Intelligence & Messaging

  • Use customer insights and market data to shape product positioning.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategy.
  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging for multiple channels (website, ads, collateral).
  • Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create tools such as pitch decks, demo scripts, and case studies.
  • Provide product training and ensure sales teams are equipped with the right messaging.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Develop customer-centric programs that support adoption and retention.
  • Partner with Customer Success to build strategies that drive loyalty and gather feedback.
  • Support advocacy initiatives that showcase customer success stories.
  • Content Development & Thought Leadership

  • Work with content teams to create educational and thought-leadership assets (blogs, whitepapers, videos).
  • Highlight product benefits, customer outcomes, and market relevance.
  • Performance & Insights

  • Track KPIs including adoption, engagement, and sales conversion.
  • Use insights to optimize product marketing campaigns and refine strategies.
  • Colleagues

    You'll collaborate closely with the client's Chief Marketing Officer and the Chief Product and Technology Officer.

    At Oceans, you'll also receive guidance and support from our Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you're continuously growing and developing in your career.

    Skills & Qualifications

As a Product Marketing Manager, your vertical focus will be go-to-market execution and messaging, while your horizontal strengths should include customer engagement, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.

    To excel in this role, you should have :

  • Experience : 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Go-to-Market Skills : Proven track record in launching products and managing GTM campaigns.
  • Market Insight : Strong ability to analyze customer needs, buyer personas, and competitive landscapes.
  • Messaging : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Sales Enablement : Experience creating collateral, training, and resources for sales teams.
  • Collaboration : Ability to work across Product, Sales, and Customer Success functions.
  • Analytics : Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions.
  • Adaptability : Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Bonus skills :

  • MBA or advanced business / marketing degree.
  • Experience driving customer engagement and retention programs.
  • Familiarity with trade, supply chain, or global intelligence industries.
  • Background in thought leadership and content-driven marketing.

  • Role Specifications

    This is a remote role , where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
