Phlebotomist (Denver)

Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist to support our clients team in Denver, CO . This is a full-time, 13-week contract.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II for a contract-to-hire opportunity at a secure state prison facility in Denver, CO. This is a unique opportunity for a professional phlebotomist who is comfortable working in a high-security, highly regulated environment. This role is fully onsite with no remote option and will include state background screening prior to start.

Important Work Environment Details :

• This is a prison-based role working with male and female inmates (primarily drug-related offenses).
• No phones, smartwatches, or personal electronics allowed on site (must be left in vehicle).
• Scrub color restrictions : No blue or red (due to gang affiliation policies).
• Tattoos must be covered at all times.
• Zero tolerance for drug / alcohol use mandatory testing may be enforced by facility at any time.
• Absolutely no interaction or small talk with inmates is allowed. Strict guidelines must be followed.
