Purpose of the Role

As the Sr.Graphics Installer, you will join a passionate crew that will service and maintain our IndyCar for a high-performance, high-speed experience on the track. The right candidate must have motorsport graphic installation experience, preferably with IndyCar vinyl, and will be self-motivated while being able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will work creatively in a team atmosphere while adhering to tight deadlines and remaining calm in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

Adhere to Company brand guidelines, with a creative eye and attention to detail

Detail car wrapping and logo placement before each race

Maintain facility and track cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and area

Collaborate closely with car chiefs and mechanics

Adaptability to learn installing many different materials such as windscreen tear offs, window tint, heli tape, etc, in addition to vinyl

Must be willing to travel to all races and tests if needed

Other duties as assigned by the department manager

Qualifications

Proven minimum 2+ years of experience in motorsports as a graphic installer

High attention to detail and verbal communication skills

Successful conflict resolution and problem-solving

Able to complete projects under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, including working extended hours when necessary

Able to work off-site and travel, including to remote locations such as racetracks

Must be able to lift and move items that are up to 60 lbs

Organized, and proven experience to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Professional yet friendly personality required to interact with all team members and visitors

Must have a valid driving license.
