Electronic Repair Technician

What does a successful Electronic Repair Technician do at Fiserv?

You will join the team at our Indianapolis location to perform difficult and complex technical maintenance duties. You will follow a preventative maintenance schedule for our production machines and electrical / electronic equipment. You will need to ensure the completion of your assigned maintenance work orders with an advanced level of mechanical aptitude and regularly check the progress of your work throughout the facility.

As a valued member of our team, you will be provided opportunities to continue your company paid education with a local area college. You will gain maintenance repair insight with on-the-job training to learn how to troubleshoot and repair over 20 different specialized print production equipment. We provide the tools on-site that you will need to complete the assigned tasks, while ensuring you have the support needed to advance your career with us.

What you will do :

• Perform disassembly, repair, or replacement of parts and / or production equipment.
• Conduct fitting and alignment of mechanical components for proper functioning.
• Utilize troubleshooting techniques to provide temporary and long-term fixes to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and correct maintenance issues on Credit Card Personalization Equipment, Mail Inserters, Cut Sheet Printers, Laser Printers, and Card Affixing equipment.
• Analyze and interpret schematic diagrams for electronic troubleshooting.
