The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including construction drawings, RFI's, submittals, and meeting minutes.
• Assist Project Manager with management of the project budget.
• Meet monthly with Project Manager and review job costs status, projected costs, over & under lines as well as variance from prior month.
• Manage action items and follow up to ensure plan is being executed as developed
• Work with the field team & Project Manager to implement LEAN practices.
• Work with the Superintendent on facilitating weekly work plan sessions.
• Work with the Project Manager & the Field Staff to solve project challenges.
• Assists Superintendent in verifying that all materials installed coincide with the approved submittals.
• Utilizes Procore and other CM software for project documentation, drawing management, and punch lists.
• Monitors and supports OSHA safety standards to maintain a safe working environment with and for all teammates, trade partners, and site visitors.
