Strengthen the company's product positioning and image in the Private & Tender sectors. Provide effective support and resources to the Field Force Team. Understand and facilitate integration with other functions to achieve overall objectives. Managing new prescriptions and the positioning of our portfolio. Building up a strong foundation for the new products by promoting them to HCPs. Providing complete Performance Review and propose an effective action plan for assigned territory. Providing constructive feedback from assigned territory to the company and implement action plan accordingly. Participate and cooperate in various scientific events and projects.
Holds a bachelor's degree of Pharmacy / Vet. 1 to 3 years' experience is preferred in Pharmaceutical Market (Especially Cardio-Diabetes). Good communication & negotiation skills. Strong analytical & determined mind. Convincing technique with presentation skills. Creative / Active. Good time management & work organization. Good English / Good computer skills.
