A company is looking for a Concierge Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support to a multidisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional member assistance through high-volume inbound and outbound calls and secure messages
Provide detailed information on benefits plans and facilitate timely care by informing providers about RBP insurance
Assist members in finding providers, managing a caseload, and performing triage for urgent patient calls
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in healthcare or insurance
Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of self-funded insurance plans and familiarity with RBP insurance is a plus
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities
Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical issues related to confidentiality, including HIPAA
