Job Opportunity : Estate Planning Attorney at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, PLC

Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, PLC is seeking an attorney with at least three years of law firm or equivalent experience to support its estate planning practice, including estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

Qualifications :

• Strong understanding of Iowa estate and tax law
• Excellent communication skills
• Client-focused approach
• Experience advising clients on estate planning strategies
• Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents
• Representing clients in probate and trust administration matters
• Collaborating with other attorneys on complex estate, tax, or business succession matters
• Maintaining and growing client relationships
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
