HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Nashville, Tennessee.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : PCU - Progressive Care Unit
  • Discipline : RN
  • Start Date : 01 / 12 / 2026
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, days, nights
  • Employment Type : Local Contract

Unit Specifics :

  • Number of Beds : 12
  • Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 tech for the unit
  • Type of equipment : GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis med dispense
  • Documentation system : Meditech
  • Scheduling requirements : Every other weekend
  • Floating policy : In rotation with full time staff and other travelers
  • Patient Experience requirements : AIDET, completion of communication board, medication teaching

    • Hospital Specifics-

  • Certifications : Trauma III

    • Must have : positive attitude, teamwork, problem solving

    Advanced skills needed : care of TR band, advanced pulmonary treatments, medication titration

    Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS
