Our team operates at the intersection of creative strategy, media buying, and brand growth, working with companies that spend $1M per month on paid advertising.
Role
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Strategist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn, loves blending creativity with data, and wants to build their expertise in performance-driven marketing. You’ll work closely with senior strategists, media buyers, and a talented creative team to concept, analyze, and optimize ad creatives that fuel client growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Concepting & Ideation
- Support the development of creative concepts for paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Performance Analysis Support
- Assist in reviewing campaign data to understand what’s working, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable creative recommendations.
- Testing & Optimization
- Help design and manage structured creative testing frameworks to improve engagement, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
- Creative Brief Development
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and content producers by writing clear, concise creative briefs aligned with performance objectives.
- Client-Ready Deliverables
- Help prepare presentations, insights, and performance summaries for client meetings under the guidance of senior strategists.
- Workflow & Process Support
- Assist in maintaining internal creative processes and tracking deliverables to ensure projects move efficiently through production and iteration cycles.
- Client Management & Relationship Building
- Cultivate and maintain strong rapport with key stakeholders with a client-first approach
