About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Business Development Strategy to lead and drive its inorganic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in private equity, investment banking, or strategic corporate development, and will be responsible for shaping and executing the firm's M&A strategy. This senior-level role involves identifying high-impact acquisition targets, facilitating divestitures of non-core assets, and ensuring value creation in alignment with corporate and investor goals. The role requires a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, a proven track record in deal execution, and a deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring. The VP will also be expected to have exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
