Must-Have : Neonatal experience, electrode placement, prepping patient, recording / measuring, pattern recognition, wrapping head for continuous EEG, Nihon Kohden software experience

Description :

Looking for an EEG Technician to provide care in a medical setting.

The position involves working with a diverse patient population, including neonates to geriatrics.

Patients may present with seizures, strokes, trauma, autism, ADHD, and pseudo-seizures.

The technician will need to perform EEG tests and may float to ICU for these procedures.

Patient ratios will typically be 1 : 1.

Support will be available from other EEG technicians, RRT, code team, and EEG supervisor.

Charting will primarily be done using Nihon Kohden software, with Epic preferred.

Candidates must be willing to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

There is no on-call requirement for this position.
