Warehouse Associate

Location : Fredericksburg

Shift : 12-hour shifts (4 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM and 4 : 00 PM - 4 : 30 AM)

Pay Rate : $20 per hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manual and electric pallet jack operation, using RF scan guns for inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to move, load, and unload products efficiently.

Use RF scan guns to accurately track inventory and update warehouse databases.

Assist in receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments.

Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily warehouse goals.

Qualifications :

Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred but not required.

Ability to operate pallet jacks (manual and electric).

Comfortable using RF scan guns and other warehouse equipment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends as scheduled.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects regularly.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Physical Requirements :

Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs] repeatedly.
