Maintenance Associate 2nd Shift

General Purpose

Maintenance Associates report to the Maintenance Team Leader on their respective shift. Responsible for maintaining and improving necessary production related equipment.

Essential Functions

• Troubleshoot and repair any machine maintenance problems including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronics
• Assist in training and development of associates
• Maintain plant mechanical controls
• Construct and maintain necessary production related equipment
• Maintain maintenance work area
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain good 5S
• Work with production engineering to improve production processes
• Any other duties as requested
