Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift - Battery Systems Assembly (Ellabell)
Summary
The Battery Systems Assembly Maintenance Supervisor Oversees the Maintenance Technicians and Provides First Line Support for all Production Machinery and Assembly Machinery.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of BSA Maintenance Supervisor are to oversee the daily operations of the maintenance technicians and offer support for all preventative maintenance, repair, installation, and removal of parts from machines and equipment. Logging and tracking of work, parts used and procedures, as well as notating any abnormalities. This will require observing working practices and machines, root cause analysis, FMEA, and working with engineers / manager to solve problems, diagnose machines, robots, PLCs, VFDs, conveyors, bearings, gears, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HMI systems.
Basic Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience
- Three (3) to Five (5) or more years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor
- Three (3) to Five (5) or more years of experience as Maintenance Technician
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Technical degree from an Accredited Technical Institute
- Working knowledge of automotive industry
- Automotive manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of production robotics
- Knowledge of conveyor systems
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systemsKnowledge of both hand and power toolsKnowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) techniquesAbility to read and understand electrical schematics.Working knowledge of servo and stepper motorsWorking knowledge of Control Systems, PLCs, and HMI systemsKnowledge of Preventative Maintenance PracticesKnowledge of SAP and CMMS systemsWelding to include SMAW, GTAW, and GMAWWorking knowledge of Lock Out Tag OutAutomated production line experienceExperience with SAP and CMMSFamiliarity with Lean work practicesCertificates, Licenses and Registration :
