Payload IPT Lead

Overview

EVONA have partnered with a leading provider of highly engineered solutions in the aerospace and defense sector, focusing on antennas, thermal management, and mission-critical technologies. They are looking for a Payload Systems Architect, who will be responsible for collaborating with customers to define payload requirements and leading a team of engineers to deliver innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural trade studies, establishing system and unit-level requirements through analysis and simulation.
• Collaborate with technical design teams to achieve project goals.
• Ensure proper allocation, traceability, and verification of requirements across the lifecycle of programs.
• Support requirements verification and integration & test (I&T) activities.
• Prepare for and deliver design gate reviews.
• Work with cross-functional subject matter experts to develop requirements, analysis, and verification artifacts.
• Contribute to continual product development activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
