About Us:

We are a well-established, high-volume multispecialty practice in Los Angeles seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Medical Doctor to join our dynamic team. Our office provides comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and patient-centered service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions in adults and/or children (depending on specialty focus).
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide preventive care, health education, and promote wellness.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical guidelines.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution.
• Valid California medical license and DEA certification.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine preferred.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency for a diverse patient population.
• Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience with value-based care and managed care populations (e.g., Medicare, Medi-Cal, HMOs).
