Responsibilities
- Market and Tele market daily. Produce and write new business as well as re shop our current clients for better rates.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Educate our clients.
- Must have the ability to multitask and learn relatively fast.
- Must be a self-starter and has the ability to work independently.
- Work with the Principal Agent to establish and meet sales and marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Ability to use social media as a marketing tool.
- Must have a great, positive attitude.

Compensation : Negotiable, also, based off experience
Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, but not necessary, because we have the best training program.
- Customer Service Experience
- Licensed in P&C (or the ability to become licensed within 30 days)
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
