Controller / Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager / Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidations

Manage general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and ensure accurate client invoicing

Develop timely financial reports and partner with leadership on budgeting and forecasting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including controllership or accounting manager responsibilities

Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based finance systems

Track record of building scalable accounting processes in a high-growth environment
