Your Role

  • Own an Overland Park SMB territory; discovery → proposal → close.
  • Clean CRM, accurate forecasts, and clear next steps.
  • Early adoption and retention focus; coordinate installs.
  • Profile

  • B2B experience preferred (tech / telecom a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Driver’s license & reliable transportation; U.S. work authorization.
  • Compensation

  • 1099 commission-only with paid training and bonus structures.
  • Typical OTE $60,000–$90,000+.
