Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for correctional facility builds.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure efficient project progression.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project schedules and work with the project manager to adjust timelines as necessary.
- Conduct daily site inspections and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
- Ensure proper materials, tools, and equipment are available to meet project needs.
- Track progress and report project status, including any delays or changes, to the project manager.
- Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
4+ years of previous experience working with a General ContractorBachelor's Degree a plusPrior experience in building correctional facilitiesMust have experience running projects from start to finishStrong software and technology skills is a plusAble to communicate and be organizedTime Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughlyExperience managing teams is a plusUp to date on the Construction Market and the newest technologyBenefits
