Shift : 12-hour shifts, 3 4 days per week, 24 / 7 operations; flexibility required for day / night shifts

Job Summary :

Our client is seeking an ML Deployment Operations Specialist to manage, monitor, and maintain machine learning models and deployment pipelines in a production environment. This role is onsite and requires flexible availability for a 24 / 7 operation. The specialist will provide technical support for ML infrastructure, pipelines, and related services to ensure reliable model deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

ML Deployment & Operations :

Monitor and maintain ML deployment pipelines and model performance in production environments.

Execute operational checklists for ML workloads, including scheduled tasks, batch processing, model refreshes, and reporting.

Validate model outputs, logs, and metrics to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues across ML infrastructure, cloud services, and orchestration tools.

Technical Support & Maintenance :

Provide intermediate-level solutions for ML systems, servers, middleware, and related tools.

Maintain logical security and access control for ML systems using established procedures.

Perform entry-level troubleshooting for network and cloud-related components supporting ML pipelines.

Document and maintain operational procedures, guidelines, and checklists for ML operations.

Collaboration & Training :

Coordinate internal and external requests related to ML system operations.

Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior operators or ML support staff.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including recommending process and checklist updates.

Compliance & Best Practices :

Adhere to ITIL, SLA, and internal policies to ensure high operational standards.

Follow IT and ML best practices for deployment, monitoring, and change management.

Required Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent; IT, technical, or related college degrees or certifications preferred.

1 2 years of experience in technical support, operations, or ML deployment roles.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

Ability to supervise, monitor, and troubleshoot multiple technologies and ML workflows.

Willingness to work flexible 12-hour shifts in a 24 / 7 operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Hands-on experience with ML deployment tools, CI / CD pipelines, or orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, Kubeflow).

Understanding of cloud platforms supporting ML (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of monitoring frameworks and operational dashboards for ML workloads.

IT service operations experience with ITIL, MOF, or SLA frameworks.
