What you´ll do

• Have direct responsibility and management of the Henkel Consumer Brands Professional Controlling team of North America ensuring data integrity, transparency of business performance, and commercial control.
• Lead and guide the Controlling team to ensure optimal financial steering of the business to enable fast and effective decision-making.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis team and process by driving planning and forecasting with analytical excellence, precision, insight and professional objectivity considering governance regulations.
• Proactively provide critical insights through financial modelling and variance analysis for the entire P&L & develop suggestions for improvement to your stakeholders including top management.

Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc. to align on business goals

Some benefits of joining Henkel

The salary for this role is $180,000.00- $200,000.00 This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
