Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Commercial Readiness & Launch Execution :
- Lead the end to end go-to-market planning for new and enhanced solutions across priority verticals
- Own developing pricing models, pro-formas, positioning frameworks, packaging tiers, and competitive tactics in collaboration with solution owners who have responsibility for solution p / l
- Coordinate cross-functional launch execution, including sales enablement, legal readiness, and operational delivery
Field Enablement & Sales Partnership :
Create and maintain sales playbooks, value propositions, objection handling guides, and pitch toolsPartner with sales to drive engagement and field confidence during solution re-commercialization and new solution launchSupport strategic deals by aligning packaging, pricing, and solution story with customer segment and overall business objectivesPortfolio Optimization & Lifecycle :
Monitor in-market solution performance and recommend changes to improve adoption, growth, or retentionLead packaging / pricing refreshes, tier evolution, and bundling strategies across solutionsDrive cross-sell / up-sell opportunities by identifying potential attach pointsInnovation & Commercial Fit :
Partner with product and innovation teams to assess commercial viability and market alignmentShape early-stage solution concepts based on customer segmentation, competitive positioning, and field feedbackContribute to pilot planning and transition pilots into scalable offeringsProcess & Playbook Development :
Document and scale best practices across multiple solutions and platformsExperience and Educational Requirements :
Requires broad training in fields such as Management Consulting, business administration, marketing, sales, finance.12+ years of progressively responsible experience in Commercial / pricing strategyMBA and bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy, or similar analytics fieldsStrong understanding of customer segmentation, pricing strategy, and valueHighly collaborative and cross-functional, with experience working across product, sales, finance, legal, and operationsExperience in health systems, government services, or regulated industries preferredExceptional communicator and structured thinker, with the ability to manage complexity and distill insights into actionAbility to think strategically and develop long-term plans based on stakeholder feedbackWhat Cencora offers :
