Job descriptionDevelop key state performance metrics, including rate indications and trends, to support rate filings and profitability analyses Communicate effectively to secure internal and external approval for proposed changes Create and enhance analytical tools using technical skills Build and maintain strong partnerships with various departments, including product management and compliance Participate in nationwide projects for product enhancements and maintain complex product features Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, preferably with Personal Lines products Near ACAS or FCAS credential, or relevant experience without pursuing exams Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL, VBA, R, Python, SAS, or similar coding languages preferred Experience in the insurance sector with a focus on Personal Lines products Demonstrated ability to challenge existing processes and influence others Proven track record of driving processes to conclusion while meeting critical deadlines Passionate and resourceful problem solver with attention to detail
