Wage Range : $16.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour-experienced based. 5 shifts per week, days might vary based on inventory delivery and prep cook schedule. Shift can be 6 : 30A-2 : 30P or 7A-3P.

What you will do;

Under the guidance and direction of Food Service Director Living Community, you are a vital part of enhancing the daily lives of our residents. As a Cook, you do more than just prepare meals, you create moment of joy and comfort by preparing delicious food. Your culinary expertise will not only satisfy the appetites but will continue to the overall well-being of our residents. Each dish you prepare will bring smiles to the faces of those we sever. As a stockroom assistant you will assist in checking in the inventory, store in the proper locations using all safety and sanitation requirements.

Your contributions are :

Physical and Sensory Requirements :

Requires mobility to stand and walk extensively during shift. Lifting, carrying trays and boxes, pans and dishes up to 25lbs. Push / Pull Food Hot Boxes up to 50lbs. Bend, stoop for access to carts, food, trays, and other kitchen equipment. Manual dexterity for the use of kitchen utensils, dish machine and tools. Visuals for reading menus, labels, and directions. Hearing to respond to verbal communications. Taste and Smell to assess food quality, freshness, and adherence to dietary requirements. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.

Ensuring that Coo / Prep Coos meets these physical and sensory requirements is crucial to their ability to contribute effectively to the well-being of a well-run, safe and functioning kitchen.
