The Sr. Systems Analyst will be a pivotal member of the IT team, responsible for analyzing and designing systems that meet the complex needs of the organization. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, develop user specifications, and recommend solutions that enhance overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with business units to gather, document, and analyze system requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- System Design : Develop system architectures and design elements that align with organizational goals and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Testing and Validation : Oversee system testing processes to ensure that new systems and enhancements meet quality standards and business needs.
- Data Management : Analyze data structures and workflows to ensure data integrity and optimal utilization across systems.
- Documentation : Generate comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Technical Support : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for existing systems, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Project Leadership : Lead projects and initiatives to enhance system functionality, overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Requirements
Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support.Qualified experience in Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBM’s System Architect.Must hold one of the following certifications :CASP, CISSP, CCNP, CISA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
