Lab Technician III (Beverage)The Lab Technician III is responsible for executing beverage projects in the lab, maintaining GMP lab condition, and working closely with Food Scientists and Technologists to support all active beverage projects.

  • Supports benchtop development of product formulations and prototypes.
  • Ensure lab and equipment cleanliness at all times.
  • Assists in preparing and shipping prototypes to customers.
  • Maintains lab equipment and ensures they are all in good working conditions at all times.
  • Maintains lab supplies and ensures available supplies at all times.
  • Coordinates tasting session.
  • Sets up flavors and other ingredients for screening and evaluation.
  • Independently operate different equipment in the lab to make prototypes / samples.
  • Perform analytical tests to validate product attributes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications : 4 Years Experience in Food Industry or Laboratory environment4 Years Experience in Product DevelopmentHigh school diploma, some college degree or higher
  • Preferred Qualifications : 6 Years Experience in Food Industry or Laboratory environment6 Years Experience working in Product Development

Education

  • Minimum Required : High School Diploma
  • Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or other related field

Typical Compensation Range

Pay Rate Type : Hourly$30.85 - $44.74 / Hourly
