Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician encouraged to apply - Join a well established FQHC with practice locations in Moorpark, Oxnard, Simi Valley, Ventura, Camarillo. Work out of one clinic in an outpatient bases. The Physician provides consultation, diagnosis and treatment to patients seeking primary health care services at ourhealth centers. Thephysician will refer patients to medical specialists for consultation services when necessary for patients well being; provide prenatal care to pregnant women, and provides post-natal care to mothers and infants; emphasizes promotion of health by advising patients about diet, hygiene, and methods for disease prevention. Documents patient visits via Electronic Health Records.
