Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - $1,718 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 01 / 05 / 2026 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatric Location : San Diego, CA Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day, 07 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM, 3x12, 36 hours Requirements : Experience : Minimum 1 year in a Level IV NICU within a Level I Trauma facility (can be at a mixed adult / pediatric facility, children’s hospital preferred). Certifications (Required) : California RCP License (Pending accepted), NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), NRP (AHA, Advanced level only), NPS ( Preferred) Patient Age Groups : Adolescents, Infants, Pediatrics Preferred Experience : Prior work in a children’s hospital or teaching facility . Charting system : Epic (preferred). Familiarity with Hamilton G5 , AVEA , and V60 BiPAP ventilators. Experience in Trauma Level I Pediatric setting . Additional Requirements : Must meet weekend requirement (4 shifts per 4-week block). Must be available to float within scope to meet facility needs.
