Property and Casualty Actuary

A company is looking for an Actuary with experience in construction for a temporary remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Review work products of the actuarial team and complete individual contributor work

Analyze financial risks, set rates, and advise on risk management strategies for construction-related entities

Oversee the building of an internal binding authority rater and lead fire suppression and alarm installers programs

Required Qualifications

ACAS or FCAS certification

10+ years of experience as an actuary in the commercial property and casualty space

Experience in construction-related general liability casualty, wholesale casualty, and wrap projects

Experience overseeing the day-to-day work product of an actuarial team while performing individual contributor work

Strong proficiency in Excel; SQL proficiency preferred
