Job descriptionEnter charges received from the doctor's office daily, ensuring accuracy and timely posting. Input patient demographic and insurance information into our computer system. Coordinate with the doctor's office to gather any missing information, such as insurance cards, authorizations, and operation reports. Maintain organized records and ensure all billing entries are captured accurately.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist who can manage our billing processes effectively. If you have a passion for accuracy and efficiency in medical billing, we would love to hear from you!
Required Skills :
- Type a minimum of 50 words per minute
- Excellent letter writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 coding
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
