We are currently seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for Checking in and Check you, Making new reservations , and other related tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Managing reservations made online, on the phone, or in person, and verifying payment methods
- Welcoming and greeting Guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out Guests
- Answering in-house guests and all incoming phone calls.
- Organize and keep documents for the guests
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate a computer
- Ability to work varied shifts and flexible hours
- Positive attitude
- Previous Hospitality experience a plus
- Ability to handle cash and cash drawer
