In House Corporate Counsel

A growing legal team in a professional services company is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support their General Counsel. This is a new position and will be working as a true generalist, on everything from corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, regulatory and compliance, and employment and litigation matters.

Qualified attorneys will have 3-5 years of experience as a corporate attorney, with preference for attorneys with at least some experience / training in an AmLaw or respected transactional boutique. Candidates must have experience drafting and negotiating contracts and know the deal cycle. Preference for attorneys already licensed in AZ, but open to attorneys eligble for reciprocity.

This is a hybrid position (ideally 3 days in office) and salary expected to be between $160-175k depending on experience level.
