Business Systems Manager | Advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to business analysts, developers, and business users
• Work closely with a technical team to ensure that they have a clear understanding of requirements and to support them throughout the development process
• Interpret business challenges and develop best practices to enhance and maintain applications
• Manage the analysis, planning, requirement gathering and logical design of products and processes by working with internal and external customers
• Use specialized expertise and advanced technical knowledge to recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business processKey Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 8+ years working in Business Systems Analysis or other equivalent experience
• Experience working with AdvantageCS ERP system or other equivalent experience
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to quickly triage issues and create remediation plans
• Wide range of experiences and advanced technical acumen serving as an advisor to management
• Experience working as a senior member or team lead on large, complex projects across multiple departments
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify innovative solutions
• Ability to drive work forward while providing guidance to more junior members of the team
• Strong understanding of business processes and how to leverage standard system capabilities to support them
• Ability to work in a dynamic, agile project environment
