Product Manager, Product & Solutions Marketing
Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions, and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing, and monitoring the appropriate products and services. Product & Solutions Marketing is responsible for defining the product / service and market strategy and life cycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding, and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth, and improved profitability.
The Product Manager, Product & Solutions Marketing executes marketing strategies for products to differentiate Cardinal Health's products and to grow revenue, market share, and customer awareness. Based on Marketing strategies and initiatives outlined by leadership, the Product Manager develops marketing content and campaigns specific to tracking products. This job coordinates cross-functionally to gain insights and alignment across relevant stakeholders, manages relationships with suppliers, and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Familiarity with logistics and agile methodology preferred. Experience working independently, using good judgment and leadership abilities to manage short and long-term priorities and projects. Demonstrates strong financial acumen and logical decision making in the general business environment. Understands and can demonstrate sound thought processes as it relates to pricing, deal structure, and assessing financial implications. Demonstrates basic knowledge of marketing disciplines and concepts necessary for building a business & marketing plan, this includes identifying the appropriate channels to market. Has the ability to understand market trends and competitive positioning and can establish and / or adjust the product offering. Proficient in mining data and interpreting findings to solve problems and tell a story. Microsoft Office experience with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Maintains a positive attitude with a focus on creative solutions and strong internal partnerships.
Anticipated salary range : $80,900 - $103,950.
