Kaizen builds reinforcement learning environments that allow AI to train from its own experiences instead of relying solely on human-labeled data - a critical step toward autonomous AI and AGI. In just 5 months , they've gained traction with frontier AI labs that depend on their platform for high-volume AI training.

Role Summary

Employee #4, responsible for building developer tools, internal platforms, and scalable AI training infrastructure . You'll create reusable systems enabling rapid development and deployment, directly supporting frontier AI research and autonomous agentic AI systems .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop critical infrastructure, internal tools, and CI / CD pipelines
• Build React frontends + Python backends for platform tools
• Deploy scalable AI training systems on AWS / GCP
• Design reusable components and automation to eliminate repetitive dev work
• Establish engineering best practices for scaling from 3 → 30+ engineers
