Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to consumers by handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records using internal systems.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls from consumers
- Research and resolve customer issues over the phone
- Use computer databases to verify and document information
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, including problem-solvingAt least 1 year of experience in an office setting using a telephone and computerHigh School Diploma or GEDAuthorization to work in the United StatesAvailability to work 40 hours per week within site operating hoursFamiliarity with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systemsSoft Skills :
Ability to navigate computer systems while on callsStrong multitasking skills, including understanding multiple products and benefit levelsConsistent focus and productivity, even with repetitive tasksPhysical Requirements & Work Environment :
