Position : Remote Travel Experience Specialist

As a Remote Travel Experience Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them plan and book tailored vacations, business travel, and events. This role combines relationship-building, problem-solving, and an in-depth knowledge of the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and create customized itineraries.

Plan and book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, rental cars, and event tickets through leading industry platforms.

Deliver concierge-level service from the planning stage through post-travel follow-up.

Utilize web-based booking tools and supplier systems to manage reservations efficiently.

Build client relationships through networking and professional communication.

Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests with accuracy and professionalism.

Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings.

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Customer service–oriented with high attention to detail.

Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.

Eligible to work in the U.S. (or applicable region).
