Kitchen Manager – Requirements & Qualifications :
3+ years of proven kitchen leadership in a high-volume settingStrong understanding of kitchen operations, including scheduling, food & labor cost management, and inventory controlAbility to maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards at all timesDemonstrated ability to lead a team with high accountability and low dramaMust Haves :
Hands-on leadership from prep to close—no office captains hereStrong collaboration with FOH to ensure a seamless guest experienceAbility to train, mentor, and motivate a diverse teamMaintain kitchen flow during peak hours with calm and focusDrive kitchen consistency and standards while adapting in real time to service needsKitchen Manager – Preferred Background & Skills :
Experience with BBQ or smoked meats is a plus, but not requiredPassion for food, flavor, and building a great kitchen cultureExcellent communication and time management skillsDetail-oriented with a natural sense of urgencyComfortable using kitchen management systems and tech tools
