Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Provide technical support to end-users
Assist in data backup and recovery processes
Ensure system security and compliance with company policies
Collaborate with senior system administrators to implement new technologies
Document system configurations and procedures

Essential Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

Basic understanding of networking principles

Excellent problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work in a team environment

Desired Experience :

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in system administration

Experience with virtualization technologies

Certifications such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus
