Salary : $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)

Location : North Richland Hills, TX | Travel throughout DFW Metroplex / Houston / West Tx

Employment Type : Full-Time | Exempt

About the Role

We’re looking for a Safety Coordinator to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll work closely with project leadership and field teams across the DFW Metroplex to promote a strong safety culture , ensure compliance with safety standards, and help keep our crews safe every single day.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, values communication, and thrives on building relationships while keeping safety a top priority.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct regular job-site inspections and safety audits
• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures
• Lead toolbox talks and participate in project safety meetings
• Investigate and report incidents and near misses
• Ensure proper PPE distribution and compliance
• Collaborate with the Safety Manager on continuous improvements
• Stay up to date with OSHA regulations and best practices
