EHS (safety) Manager- Construction

Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our safety efforts across all job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
• Conduct job site inspections and audits to ensure safety compliance and identify potential risks.
• Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide EHS training to employees, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to promote safe construction practices.
• Serve as the primary contact for OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
• Stay current with changing regulations and industry best practices in construction safety.
