Job descriptionDefine project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle Communicate project expectations clearly and timely to team members and stakeholders Identify, document, and track project risks and issues, providing recommendations for improvements Conduct project reviews and analyze results to enhance future project execution 5-7 years of experience in project management Proven work experience managing projects of varying complexity Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization Bachelor's degree and legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAfE) Experience in the Insurance or Financial Industry Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
