About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to establish and oversee its healthcare and corporate compliance program in line with industry best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on compliance matters, ensuring that all materials and communications meet legal and regulatory standards, and leading compliance training, auditing, and monitoring programs. This role also involves facilitating compliance with state-specific legal requirements, managing marketing and transparency reports, and developing and revising compliance policies and training. The Chief Compliance Officer will play a key role in business development and strategic initiatives, including leading government affairs efforts and supporting the evaluation and integration of business opportunities.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in law or a relevant area, with a preference for advanced certifications in compliance, ethics, and information privacy. A minimum of 15-20 years' of healthcare compliance experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is required, along with a deep understanding of compliance programs and industry standards. The role demands exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and adapt to changing market dynamics. The ideal candidate will be an action-oriented team player, capable of working independently with a high level of initiative, and will demonstrate a strong commitment to the achievement of objectives.
