A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to support troubleshooting and coaching in technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1-2 tier support for enterprise hardware, software, and network issues
Document and manage team tickets, routing unresolved issues to appropriate support groups
Coach Service Desk technicians and assist in daily operations and project management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of experience in operational tasks
High School degree or equivalent
Preferred : Associate's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
