Associate Attorney

Mandarich Law Group, a leading creditor's rights law firm with offices across CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA, and FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney for our Kennesaw, GA office

What You'll Do :

• Draft and review Summons & Complaints, Judgments, Settlement Agreements, Discovery, and other related legal documents.
• Handle litigation motions and responses, including drafting, reviewing, and filing necessary motions during litigation.
• Communicate with attorneys, employers, and consumers to resolve accounts and legal matters.
• Review lawsuits and legal pleadings for ongoing and new cases.
• Manage court coverage placements, including requesting coverage, attaching necessary documents, and ensuring proper orders are in place for court appearances.
