Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will lead the design and analysis of high-profile structural projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the analysis, design, and computer modeling of structural systems.Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines to ensure project integration and success.Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and technical specifications.Conduct construction administration activities including shop drawing review and field observation.Interpret, organize, and coordinate complex assignments independently.Explore innovative engineering solutions and develop novel technical concepts.Serve as a technical liaison within and outside the organization.Manage projects from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with structural codes and standards.Conduct facility assessments, draft technical reports, and prepare documentation.Mentor junior engineers, interns, and CAD technicians.Participate in client, project, and team meetings.Occasional travel to local and non-local project sites as required.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (focus in Structural Engineering required).10–20 years of progressive experience in structural engineering.Professional Engineer (PE) license required ; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred or required .Proficiency in structural engineering software (Bentley RAM products) and 3D modeling tools (Revit, AutoCAD).Strong technical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BlueBeam.Excellent communication, time management, and technical writing skills.Deep understanding of structural codes and standards (ASCE 7, AISC 360, ACI 318, etc.).Experience designing with a wide range of materials including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.
