Job descriptionLife and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off and Holidays 401(k) with company match Minimum of 2 years of experience in mitigation (5+ preferred) Experience managing residential and commercial mitigation projects Ability to follow directions and lead a team Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Valid drivers license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Experience with or willingness to learn mitigation documentation and processes Monday Friday : 7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM Overtime as needed Maintain thorough documentation on job sites Ensure quality control and job site safety Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and supervisors Perform restoration tasks to high standards of quality Complete assignments promptly and professionally Participate in 24 / 7 on-call rotation and respond to emergency jobs when available Operate company vehicles responsibly Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines Perform other duties as assigned
